All items must be carefully checked immediately on arrival. In the unlikely event of goods being damaged, incomplete or in unsatisfactory condition, you should accept delivery and contact us within one working day. Please quote your order number in all correspondence and photograph damaged goods and packaging.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If an item is not in stock, you will always be emailed / phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the product to come back into stock.
Items will be shipped ASAP, however due to the nature of products we follow the below process.
Standard deliveries to UK addresses
These are made within 10 working days, if not sooner, from point of order.
