Salted Caramel Martini

Is there anything more delicious than caramel? Combine rich caramel with smooth toffee, and you have a perfect sweet treat with our Tamar Tipple Smooth Toffee And Caramel Vodka. Of course, this tipple can be enjoyed with a mixer or over ice, but if you’re looking to impress friends and family, try a salted caramel martini.

Sea Salt
30ml Tamar Tipple Toffee & Caramel Vodka
60ml Irish cream liqueur
Soft caramel sweets or syrup for garnish

Gather the ingredients.
Roll the glass in a dish of salt, coating it lightly all the way around.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the vodka and Irish cream
Shake well.
Garnish with caramel sweets or drizzle lightly with caramel syrup. 
Serve and enjoy!

30ml Tamar Tipple Honey & Spices Rum
30ml cream
2tsp honey

Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice until chilled.
Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Coffee Rum Cocktail

Coffee and rum don’t sound like they go together but trust us, this dream team makes the perfect cosy combination! Our Tawny Owl Coffee Rum Liqueur is produced using ground Italian espresso beans to infuse Caribbean rum. The result is a deliciously rich and creamy coffee liqueur, full-bodied and with a strong and satisfying coffee aroma. This rum is perfect over ice, or as a coffee rum cocktail.

1/2 cup hot strong coffee
2 teaspoons sugar
30ml Tamar Tipple Coffee Rum Liqueur
1 small cinnamon stick
Sweetened whipped cream and grated chocolate for garnish

In a heatproof glass, stir the coffee and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Stir in the rum.
Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
