Spring is here and the sun is finally peaking through the clouds. Make the most of the sun with these delicious spring cocktails. Featuring the best of our vodka, gin and brandy liqueurs, grab a spot in the sunshine, sit back and enjoy. 

Elderflower Gin Fizz

Light, floral and fizzing with bubbles, an Elderflower Gin Fizz is the best way to start the spring! 

In a jug, mix 3 parts gin to 1 parts elderflower cordial. Add the juice of one lemon and top up with sparkling water to taste. To add a dash of colour and flavour intensity, add our Blackberry & Elderflower Gin Liqueur when served over ice, and garnish with a twist of lemon. 

Apple & Prosecco Punch

Spring Sunday in the garden? Apple & Prosecco Punch is easy to make and perfect for a garden party celebration. 

Add 500ml of apple juice, 300ml of vodka and the juice of a lemon to a punch bowl. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. When ready, add 750ml of prosecco and 150ml of our Toffee & Apple Rum Liqueur. Add slices of apple and lemon, serve and enjoy! 

Cherry Moon

While traditionally served at Christmas, we think the Cherry Moon is a great cocktail to carry through the year. Sweet, rich and warming; ideal for the last moments of evening sun. 

Mix one part grenadine to 1.5 parts Cherry Vodka. Top up with lemonade and garnish with a cherry. Simple!

Peach Brandy Sour

Sours are popular cocktails, the most famous being the Whiskey Sour, that come in a number of variations with different flavours. A popular flavour during the summer months is the Apricot Sour. Well, here’s a springtime twist, using our Peach Brandy Liqueur.

Mix your choice of bitter with 25ml of Peach Brandy Liqueur. Add 25ml of lemon juice, the white of one egg, and to sweeten things up a dash of honey is optional. Serve over ice with a twist of lemon. For a milder taste, mix the Peach Brandy Liqueur with soda.
